At HRS, most products are special order and sourced directly from trusted manufacturers. Once your quote is approved and payment is processed, we place your order and coordinate fulfillment.
Delivery Options
Free Local Delivery (Within 35 Miles)

We offer free delivery within a 35-mile radius of our store.
Extended Local Delivery (35–50 Miles)

Delivery between 35–50 miles is available. A delivery fee may apply based on distance and order size.
Direct Shipping

We can ship products directly to your home or job site. Shipping costs vary depending on product size, weight, and destination.
In-Store Pickup
Customers are welcome to pick up their orders at our store once notified that the order has arrived and is ready.
Order Processing & Lead Times

All orders require a submitted quote and phone confirmation.

Lead times vary by manufacturer and product availability.

Estimated timelines will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Returns & Restocking Policy
Because many of our products are special order, returns are limited and subject to manufacturer approval.
Return Guidelines

All return requests must be approved by HRS before returning any product.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

Restocking Fee
Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise determined by HRS.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with the manufacturer.
